Integrate additional views functionality

G'day Donald, attached is the code for the Drupal Views Integration I've put together. Just extract it into civicrm/drupal/modules/views and it should work a charm.

civicrm2.2.views.inc is the same code with the getTree arguments $groupID and $subType swapped as you mentioned the other day if that ends up being the way it works. Let me know if things aren't working for you or for others, and I'll be happy to sort out issues as best I can. It's back to normal for me so I won't have as much free time to give but I'll keep an eye on the forums.

With regards to the licensing headers, most of the handlers were just lifted from the previous implementation so I just tagged them No Claim with basic file info, and anything I wrote with a Copyright licensed as per instructions. I figure at least who's responsible for it all will be in there so you'll know who to blame / thank.
