Provide easier access to the list of participants

Provide links to Find Participants for the counted, not counted status searches from Configure Event page.

e.g. (with default "counted" settings) :
Participants: Registered/Attended, No-show/Cancelled/Pending

I'd like to add a few more extra links for accessing to the particpants:
1) On the configure event page, add links to the participants

all participants
Registered/Attended
No-show/Cancelled/Pending

2) On the events summary
http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/event?reset=1
add a "all participants" link (on the top of existing registered/no-show)

Moreover, the public information event is a dead end of the managers
1) They can't register more people from there
2) They can't administer it
3) They can't see the list of participants

Either add extra links on the page for the admin only (don't know how to do that or if it's easy) or
Don't provide link to the public page on the particpants lists, but to the administer page

Questions:
1) can I put the above mentioned links on the trunk or is that too late for 2.2 ?
2) how easy would it be to offer a "register another person" button for the logged in user or already registered ones ?
(much like the add extra participants feature on the registration process)
