Profiles : Notify on Submit - If this is configured in the profile settings it should be triggered in all profile settings (including User Registration, Contributions etc.)

Currently we ignore the Notify setting (uf_group.notify) for submitting profile forms when the profile is embedded in User Registration, My Account, Online Contrib pages and/or Online Event Registration. This is inconsistent and users have requested the notify ability in those settings.

Modify the profile code so it always executes this function if configured for the profile.
