CiviContribute import of Pledge Payment

            Description

            In CiviCRM v2.2a3, when importing contributions, I get a "Multiple matching contact records detected for this row. The contribution was not imported" error for the second line in the file attached file. (Note that all columns are imported except for the first which is ignored)
