CiviMailProcessor: IMAP store should move the messages to subfolders of Inbox

            Description

            According to http://forum.civicrm.org/?topic=5896 it would be better if CiviMailProcessor created Inbox.CiviMail.processed (and ....ignored), rather than trying to create top-level IMAP folders.
