Profile - Links for Public Pages and LIstings fields don't work properly if the field is NOT marked Searchable

If you set Visibility for a Profile Field to "Public Pages and Listings" - and leave Searchable = False (not checked), when you click on the field value "link" - it runs the search but ignores the passed field parameter value (e.g. returns all contacts).

The Public Pages and Listings links should work regardless of the value of civicrm_uf_field.is_searchable.

EXAMPLE : In sample Profile (Name and Address) - if you change Country to not searchable, then this URL returns ALL contacts:
