Description
Migrate all dojo widget and dojo related code to jquery plugins / code
Few places that i remember:
1. Contact Summary (tabs)
2. Advanced Search (Panes)
3. Contact Combobox in Quick Search, Activity, Relationship
4. Import (Progress bar)
5. Multi-lingual Dialog
All the ajax related code should be fixed to use jquery (few things are already fixed in v2.2)
