Description
I have a fellow named Anthony D Solgård in my CiviCRM database (note the circle above the a character - å - I don't know its name). This displays correctly in the web interface, but when sending an e-mail to him with the "send message" interface, the character was not displayed properly. Rather, it looked like this: Anthony D SolgÃ¥rd
Not sure if this is in CiviCRM or somehow in my mail server. Running rev2954 on PHP4 and MySQL 4.1x on Apache 2.
