Disabled Option Groups still appear in Forms

I dislike the individual_prefix and individual_suffix so i've disabled them at "/admin/optionGroup".
If i create an individual now, the dropdowns doesn't show the options like "Mr." and so on. But the dropdowns and labels are still visible.
I would like to hide them, because they do confusing the staffs and damage my layout.
