Profile Advanced Settings: all checkboxes reset to off after saving with Advanced Settings collapsed

Steps to replicate:

(1) Set up a profile, expand Advanced Settings, check all boxes there and save.
(2) View record in civicrm_uf_group table for this profile, verify that add_captcha, is_map, is_edit_link, is_uf_link, is_update_dupe, is_cms_user are all 1.
(3) Go into profile settings for this profile and simply click Save without expanding Advanced Settings.
(4) View record in civicrm_uf_group table for this profile, observe that add_captcha, is_map, is_edit_link, is_uf_link, is_update_dupe, is_cms_user are all now 0.
