Issue creating Contribution Page when no profiles exist

I am trying to create a new Contribution Page. When I am on the "Tell a Friend ( step 5 of 9)" page ( URL: http://www.poger.net/testjoom/administrator/index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/contribute&&_qf_Contribute_display=true&qfKey=14c8947c02bc2f4b48785c0793245d80 ) I click the "Continue" button. I expect to see the "Step 6 of 9" page. But instead I am shown the "Manage Contribution Pages" page. ( URL:http://www.poger.net/testjoom/administrator/index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/contribute&action=browse&reset=1 ) .

This page displays the warning message ""You need to first create Profiles to include them on a page".

It would be less confusing to see this warning message on the "Step 6 of 9" page so that I can finish configuring my Contribution page.
