Link to "create Payment Processors" from the Create Contribution "Amounts (step 2 of 9)" Page

When I am creating a new Contribution Page and am on page " "Amounts (step 2 of 9)" Page" it would be nice if there was a link to the admin area that allows creation of new Payment Processors. This link should also appear on the CiviEvent page when creating a paid event.

In short, anywhere in CiviCRM where the user is expected to choose a payment processor, it would be helpful to link to the area to set up new payment processors.

If this could be done using Ajax ( and/or inline) so that I don't have to go back and forth between creating a Contribution/Paid Event and a Payment Processor, that would be even better.
