Alternative Joomla! Distribution - for servers without native PHP zip functionality

            Description

            The new Joomla distribution requires native PHP zip support. We should offer an alternative distribution / download which does not require this.

            This distribution will NOT have a nested zip file.

            File naming suggestion (unless you have better idea) - append "-alt" to the existing version (... beta2-joomla-alt.zip).
