CiviMail jobs don't show up in Scheduled and Sent list when there are many jobs already in there

      Description

      When you have many (~100) CiviMail jobs in your Scheduled and Sent list, new ones don't show up in there correctly. You can search for them and find them, and the letter in the alphabet turns into a link in the paginator, but when you click on it it says, "No mailings match your search criteria." This is the standalone version, latest revision of the 2.2 branch.

      I tried duplicating this on the standalone demo, but it has no CiviMail jobs, so it works there. Is there a quick way to generate a bunch of random CiviMail jobs in there to try to duplicate the bug?
