More prefix options needed

The currently available options for Prefix when creating a new individual record are rather limited. There's only Ms, Mrs, Mr, and Dr right now. However, many organizations require their database to allow a range of other prefixes, including but not limited to Rabbi, Rev, Hon. (Honorable), Fr (Father, for priests), Sr (Sister, for nuns).

Since each organization is going to have its own needs, based on what populations they might be dealing with, it would be good to have an easy way for the end user to add new prefixes to that dropdown list. As it is, a DB developer needs to hack CiviCRM to add these prefixes when necessary, which can be a tedious task (every time an update is installed, the hacks need to be rehacked.)
