Make more user friendly the entry of phone number

Hi,

Add 2 more codes in the database in civicrm_country:
phone Country code
http://www.howtocallinternational.com/codes.html

IDD (prefix to add to call abroad)

On a phone entry if the coutry is choosen, automatically add IDD+Coutry code (eg if the civicrm owner is localised in the UK, the IDD is 00), if you add a contact in switzerland, if automatically put 0041

(and the other way around: if you add a phone starting with 0033, automatically select France as the country)
