Unable to apply User edits

            Description

            When attempting to edit a new user with Standalone CiviCRM, I am unable to get to the next page. The following error is provided:

            Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /Library/WebServer/civicrm/CRM/Utils/System/Standalone.php:53) in /Library/WebServer/civicrm/CRM/Utils/System.php on line 318

            If I manually change the URL to the root path, I can navigate normally again. When I view the contact I just attempted to change, all of the values appear to have taken.
