            Description

            Currently, after creating the page - the user is redirected to the parent contribution page (since we don't "know" they are the PCP page owner and the PCP is "Waiting Approval"). We need to provide appropriate messaging so they understand that they can preview / manage their page once they login w/ their new user account.
