When filling in CiviCRM Profile, Field Help could be filled with corresponding Custom field's Field Help, if available

            Description

            When adding new field in CiviCRM Profile (civicrm/admin/uf/group/field), when CiviCRM Field Name is chosen to be one of custom fields, it would be time saving to have Field Help contents being automatically copied from Field Help of this custom field.

            Also, we should allow people to preview a Profile Field as one of the action links
