            Description

            Given that the user can send a TEXT message that is potentially quite different from the HTML version, we should allow them to see one or both depending on what was sent:

            • If both TEXT and HTML, show HTML on load, plus a link to "Show text version"
            • If only TEXT or only HTML - then only show the TEXT version.
