Views 2 integration - Filters are broken for views of CiviCRM objects

            Description

            Testing our views integration module w/ Views 6.x-2.3 - the text input fields are not showing up when you add an "exposed filter" for text fields. To recreate - create a view w/ Contact.sort_name. Then expose a filter on that field. You'll see the filter label and the 'Apply' button - but input field is missing.

            Not sure if other types of filter input fields are affected by this.
