Dynamic Email Body

Use email token (or some other means) to generate a dynamic email body.

Use case:

My site allows subscriptions to nodes and taxonomies. When content is added to a taxonomy, a new record is stored in the subscriptions database signaling to the system that it needs to notify the user of the existence of new content.

Every week, I'd like to be able to send an email alerting users what content has been added that will interest them. They need to be able to see a brief description of each new content item in the email.

This feature is very similar to a Google Groups Weekly Digest feature, but I'd like to accomplish it with Drupal and CiviMail.
