Improve options for displaying your own content in hook_dashboard

            Description

            Currently templates/crm/contact/page/view/Dashboard.tpl displays hook content below the hardcoded list of activities. To make this more configurable, a parameter will be added to hook_dashboard to specify whether the hook content should be displayed above the existing activity list, below the existing activity list, or to replace it altogether. The default would be below to preserve existing behavior.
