Bug in Current Employer creation using profile

• Add Current employer field to profile. (Use default Name and Address Profile)
• When user enters current employer and hits Save, if we get more than one matching organization, then currently we are creating relationship with all matching organizations and set current employer flag with last organization.

We should fix this to create relationship / make it current employer with first matching organization.
