            Description

            Current search facility available in "Find Contacts" doesn't work brilliantly for all use cases especially in large databases with lots of similar sounding organisations. The match any keyword function means that sometimes the searched for contact is not easily selectable from search results.

            Solution needs to improve usefulness of search results without breaking already existing use cases or clutering interface.
