Tag Contact - Update action doesn't set completed status (no user feedback on save)

contact/view/tag?action=update

After clicking Update, no status message box is displayed (post process is not setting status message in session)

Also, Cancel button on this form doesn't do anything.

If it's easy, recommend modifying this form to have a view action (default) - which displays frozen checkboxes in vertical list. Include Edit Tags link which invokes update action. Cancel button then returns to action=view.
