Multilingual: Contacts without a prefix/suffix get Dr/Jr in their display names

            Description

            1. Reset the devel db, in particular your own contact's first/middle/last names.
            2. Turn the site multilingual and add some languages.
            3. Visit your contact screen - instead of email@example.com, you'll see Dr Jr as the display name.

            Most probably the display_name building logic is not handling NULL prefix_id/suffix_id properly.
