Custom data field options - improve yes/no type

At the moment you can create a radio 'Yes/No' field but not a check-box which would seem to be the perfect type of input box for a Yes/No data type.

Also, if you choose radio, ideally the "Default" field would transform itself into having a dropdown 'yes/ no' box so you can't type in an invalid value there.
