CRM-4224 Don't show the state in the contact lists when disabled from the edit field

Contact search listing should respect all address related fields. i.e hide if it is disabled.

Hi,

It seems to be logical that the setting as defined for the edit of an address (eg unchecking the state/county field) should apply as well to the list of contacts (eg. search result, but could also be related contacts ...)

In general for the usability, it would be better to have one big "disable country" (or openid or this or that) that is applied everywhere instead of having to configure n time the same thing (for the advanced search, for the edit fields...)
