ICAL UID Field needs changes

            Description

            The UID field at this link has two flaws.

            1)The hex string changes when you refresh it meaning that there is not a consistant unique identifier for the event (important for differentiating between new events and updates to old ones)

            eg this

            refreshes to

            UID:CiviCRM_EventID_5_b90393be7a6f8aa750d33c516e77ee59@http://sandbox.civicrm.org/

            2) the https://sandbox.civicrm.org should be replaced with sandbox.civicrm.org

            In particular the single slash at the end is problematic in some instances as it acts as an escape
