Description
We should allow Payment using "Pay Later" mode for Pledge Payment.
1. Configure a Online Contribution Page (Pledge Payment ) with Pay Later (no payment processor)
2. Then Add Pledge for a Contact and select Self-service Payments Page: Pledge Payment.
