CiviEvent with slash (/) in Event Name causes Page Not Found in PayPal

Implement a formRule that will not allow ( / ) in event name.

If a CiviEvent Name has a slash ( / ) in it, then it will cause Paypal to return a page not found when you go to pay for the event.. While this is a minor issue and will only affect those events that have a slash as a part of the event title, even just having some help text to indicate valid characters would be helpful (like Please only use alphanumeric, spaces, hyphens and dashes for event names).
