Activities' options checked by default in advanced search

Under advanced search in 2.2 (and 2.1) if you "open" the activities section, under Contact Role and Name, "with" is selected by default, and under Activity Status, scheduled & completed are checked by default. I feel this is not good because if you expand that section but don't actually put criteria, it will include that criteria in your search. And there is no way to unselect the "contact role/name" radio buttons.

I would propose that those options be unselected/unchecked by default and, for the "Contact Role and Name" radio buttons, there be an option to unselect if you click on it.
