New / Edit Custom Field - Search by Range option is not being shown for Date fields

      Description

      The condition which determines whether the "Search By Range" radio button is shown / hidden has a wrong value in one of the clauses. It's checking for Data Type = "Select Date". Should be checking for "Date". This bug means that you can not enable the Search By Range feature for custom Date fields.
