Relationship search auto-suggest doesn't work if the target contact type for the selected relationship type is ' any contact type '

Assuming we move to a jQuery based widget for the "create relatonship" - Find contact - widget.... let's make sure it works properly for relationship types where the contact type for A and / or B is 'any contact type'. (The dojo widget fails to return any values for this case.)
