reference to non-existant civicrm_event field in Drupal Views2 integration

This patch deletes reference to non-existent civicrm_event_page_table (it's there to get the price set which I think now resides in the civicrm_price_set & civicrm_price_set_entity tables?) in and non-existent name field in civicrm_loc_block table (Funny thing is this info is not collected when you create and event, though if it were I think it would be stored in the civicrm_address table?
