Adding tokens to labels does not have any effect

added

{contact.contact_id} {contact.im} {contact.nick_name} {contact.do_not_email}

to mailing label format, and none of the added token fields are coming through on action mailing labels.

And moved 'nick name' so it was on same line as name (to ensure it wasn't just failing for being to many lines) - and ensured that some of the contacts had nicknames - and they weren't showing in Mailing Label
