Add "create new household" checkbox to Add Individual page

Another lesson from today's training session. It would be a big efficiency gain to just have a check box next to the Save button on the Add Individual page. That checkbox would be "create household from this data" and would auto-create a household entry using the identical location, phone, e-mail data and using hte person's last name for the household name (or put another text box there to set the household name).
