Edit existing activity in a case: if Actual Date is entered AND Status is still Scheduled prompt user for confirmation

If editing existing activity and Actual Date has been entered AND status still Scheduled - put up confirmation jscript (same pattern as contribution receipt). We want to make sure the person didn't mean to mark the activity as Completed.
