Custom Field Defaults not shown in custom group and custom field PREVIEWS and not set in Profiles

Defaults set for Radio and / or Checkbox custom fields ARE set properly when editing a Contact record. However, the configured default value is NOT being set for the following forms:

• Preview custom data group
• Preview custom field
• Profile create
• Profile embedded in event registration form

NOTE: Please test this for other HTML types of custom fields as well (e.g. Text, Select, etc.) and fix as needed.
