Add civicrm_address fields to default Views drupal module integration

            Description

            ZIP/ Postal Code among others was missing from civicrm_address fields for Views module integration of CiviCRM fields.

            I have added the following fields for civicrm_address:

            ZIP/Postal Code
            Latitude (geo_code_1)
            Longitude (geo_code_2)
            Supplementary Address 1

            Attached is the patched civicrm_views.inc
