Send Email to Contacts - Allow CC and BCC

Provide a way to add CC and BCC values in the Send Email to Contact(s) form.

Lobo - assigning to you so you can think about whether there's a way to do this that resembles the approach used in most email clients - e.g. one large field where you can add multiple email addresses via auto-complete.
