Description
If multi-language support is enabled in a Joomla site, then you can no longer configure CiviCRM pages to be added to the front-end menus via Joomla Menu Item Manager.
In the Parameters (Basic) section, Instead of the expected drop-down with list of items (example: online contribution pages) - we get this error:

To recreate:
Joomla 1.5.10 with CiviCRM 2.2.2 and at least one online contribution page and multi-language enabled w/ English and Spanish available languages
- go to Joomla Admin >> Menus >> Main Menu
- click New
- select CiviCRM and Contributions >> Contribution Page
- you'll see the error in upper right box (Parameters).
