Tag and Group Assignment During Contact Add/Edit

            Description

            We need to make it easier for folks to add/revise tags and group membership for a contact during the add/edit process.

            Create a new section in Edit.php / Edit.tpl titled "Tags and Group". This section is collapsed on iniial form display.

            The section contains scrollable div's with sets of checkboxes side-by-side - one for Tags: and one for Groups: This should use the same layout as the middle and right cells in Advanced Search (which allow you to select one or more Tags and/or Groups for searching).

            In update (edit) mode - the checkboxes s/b CHECKED for any Tag or Group already assigned (group_contact status = added) for this contact record.
