Action links in Mailing selector get disappeared if we change locale other than English

If we are having locale other than English, action links of mailing selector ( civicrm/mailing?reset=1) get either changed or disappeared.

Steps to replicate:
a. Go to Administer CiviCRM>> Global Settings>> Localization and change "Default Language" to any language other than English say Italian or French.

b. Then Create a new mailing and after step 2 , use "Save & Continue Later".

c. Now if we go to CiviMail dashboard ( civicrm/mailing?reset=1), action links of newly created mailing are either get changed or disappeared.
( Expected action links are "Continue | Delete" ).
