Event Creation Wizard - Step 3: Paid Event radio is set to 'no', but div#event-fees is not being hidden

            Description

            I'm using FF 3.0.10 on Mac OS 10.5. When I arrive at Step 3 of the Create New Event Wizard I select 'no' for the 'Paid Event' radio value. However, the <div id="event-fees"> is never hidden.
