Add contact - matching contact message and link can cause users to lose their input

Currently there is no way for a user to verify whether the "potential duplicate" is actually a duplicate or not. If they click the link to EDIT the original contact - then any data they entered in the form so far is lost. We can improve this workflow by giving them the option to EITHER view the existing contact in a new window OR edit the existing contact if they are sure the record they are trying to add is a duplicate.
