Print with firefox truncate tables

            Description

            Under firefox (windows or linux), printing a long list, eg:

            /civicrm/admin/tag?q=civicrm/admin/tag&snippet=2

            with more than 30 tags or so (eg more than one page), prints an almost empty 1st page, the ttable on the second page truncated and the 3rd page empty (with all the tags at the bottom missing)
