Description

Add Activity Assignee to Activity selector (under case listings in dashboard, find cases, and in jquery activity grid under Manage Case)

Under Column header = Reporter / Assignee. Show Assignee under Reporter (source contact), if present

If more than 1 assignees for activity show "(multiple)"
