populate activity subject when using the 'schedule a follow-up' feature in activites.

      Description

      Add OPTIONAL Subject field for the Follow-up Activiity. (field label = Subject, field should be placed in a new row below the 3 currently existing follow-up fields.

      When creating or editing an activity in the core CiviCRM function (not CiviCase) the 'schedule follow-up' will not carry over the activities subject. It will create a new activity with the correct date and contact name, but the subject field is blank. This makes the 'schedule follow-up' feature almost useless. You need to know the subject of an activity follow-up, especially if it happens a month or two in the future.
